Duathlon done – 10km run, 40km bike, 5km run. Tough race, especially on the bike. Felt good to race though! Finished 2nd in age group!!! #
Home after a 5:30am departure. Gotta love traffic in the T-dot. A one-hour drive in the morning was close to two-hours early afternoon. #
